Problem framing & product thinking
Turning lived frustrations and operational gaps into clear product questions, user journeys, priorities and testable next steps.

I am a founder and product builder grounded in business and operations. My work begins with problems I cannot stop thinking about. When an idea needs a digital product, I learn the tools, use AI carefully and work through the details until there is something people can see, question and use.
I think most often about Africa, especially Ghana: how small businesses become visible, how people access useful services, how trust travels, and how digital systems can fit the realities of everyday life instead of asking people to fit the software.
I am strongest at connecting a lived problem to a clear product direction: research, workflows, interface decisions, documentation and operations. I can move an early idea forward independently, and I value developers, designers, operators and users whose expertise makes the result stronger.
My foundation is business and operations. Product thinking, AI-assisted building and deliberate learning help me turn that experience into something visible, testable and easier to improve.

Using Claude, Cursor, Hermes, ChatGPT and Gemini to research, learn, document and build prototypes while keeping decisions and quality under human review.
Shaping product specifications, user flows, interfaces and testable MVPs, then checking what works before making a stronger claim.
Bringing hands-on experience with inventory, logistics, service, budgets, schedules, documentation and team communication into product decisions.
I begin by understanding the problem. Then I learn the product and digital tools the next step requires, make the idea tangible, test it and listen. I use AI to extend my ability while keeping judgement, responsibility and quality under human review.
Understand the lived problem and the people inside it.
Study the tools, constraints and examples the next decision requires.
Turn the idea into a specification, flow, prototype or working release.
Check what works, invite challenge and improve the claim with evidence.
The portfolio spans a live utility, a marketplace in development, prototypes and an independent public-services concept. Each project states what exists today and what remains untested.

Logistics, production, service, teaching and project work taught me throughput, inventory, handoffs, standards, communication and what breaks when a process meets the real world.
